  • Yes! All of our hats can be easily adjusted to provide the perfect fit. This allows for comfort and versatility, ensuring that every customer can enjoy their hat to its fullest potential.

  • Absolutely! We can work with a hat you already own - as long as it is a material that can be burned, otherwise - we can style it with various embellishments.

  • Various types of hats can be burned effectively, particularly those made from specific materials. The primary fabrics that are suitable for burning include:

    • Wool: Known for its high flammability and ability to ignite quickly.

    • Animal Fur Felts: These materials, derived from animal pelts, also burn well due to their natural composition.

    • Leather: While it may take longer to ignite, leather produces a significant amount of heat when burned.

    • Suede: Similar to leather, suede can be combusted, but care should be taken due to its varying thicknesses.

    In addition to these materials, hats made from cotton and polyester blends are also appropriate for burning.

  • Typically 100% wool hats are in stock. Fur felt hats can be special ordered in.

  • Due to the custom nature of our hats, all products are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.

Custom Hat Inquiries

  • Typical turnaround time can vary from 2 to 6 weeks. Variables include the timing of the deposit receipt, the number of current customs on the list, and any design changes that may occur during the process. Additionally, if a leather piece has been requested for burning, it may take longer due to the nature of the material.

  • Our availability differs depending on the time of year! It is best to reach out as soon as possible to ensure we are available to attend your event.
